Power Hip Trainer - funnel |
golf product + Google AdWords |
||||
![]() |
This "mini-site" (9 pages) acts as a Sales Funnel. Certain search terms (e.g. "golf hip strength"), in our Google AdWords campaign, lead searchers to this landing page. There, they receive instruction on testing their hip strength at home. |
Sales Landing Pages like this (where Pay-Per-Click visitors are sent when they click on your ad) are among the most difficult to create effectively. They must be "fine-tuned" to your marketing and to the individual needs of your visitors. |

fine knitwear web site |
catalog sites |
||||
![]() |
An older catalog web site, where good photos and photo web processing and accurate color calibration make all the difference. This wholesale business didn't need a shopping cart, but most retail catalog sites are tied into a shopping cart. |
If your number of products is limited, normal web page can be used to create a simple catalog, like this example. However, it's more efficient and easier to maintain a catalog site made with a catalog program and a database. And that approach is easier as your catalog grows in size. |

single virtual product site |
affiliate sales programs? |
||||
![]() |
Naturally, selling a downloadable software product, like an eBook or software application is ideal. No physical product to create, warehouse or ship. No inventory. |
Beware of hype saying your virtual product can be sold for you by hundreds of "eager affiliate marketers". Even if you pay 75% commission, no good affiliate (what other kind would you want?) will sell your product - until you can prove it will sell, by first selling large quantities yourself. |

financial services site |
business sites that reach out |
||||
![]() |
Security Research Associates uses a popular brochure and news type of site to showcase their services, which are not for the general public. They feature recently completed financial transactions and use their site to advertise their twice-a-year investor conferences. |
Small business sites are too often weak and dull. They focus on the company, instead of on the visitor. Prospects don't care about your "mission statement", organization chart or advertising claims. They want to know what you can actually do for them - right now. I like to use a personal approach and have the owner tell his/her real story - while starting a long-term relationship with the visitor. |

mystery site |

My client for this web site doesn't advertise publicly, but still has use for a web site. Therefore, they don't want me to show their site to the public. Since it has some of my best recent work (including Flash animations), they have agreed to let me show it to my prospects individually. If you plan to contact me, please ask to see it. |
